Hear from Our Customers
You know that feeling when you walk into a truly clean home? Everything smells fresh, surfaces actually shine, and you can breathe easier knowing your family’s touching safe, chemical-free surfaces.
That’s what happens when you stop trying to squeeze house cleaning into your already packed schedule. Instead of spending your Saturday scrubbing baseboards or your Sunday evening frantically wiping down counters, you’re actually living in your space.
Our regular house cleaning service means you come home to spotless results every time—without the lingering chemical smell or worry about what residues are left behind on the surfaces your kids and pets touch daily.
We’ve been serving Massachusetts families for over a decade, and we’ve learned what actually matters to busy households. You want results you can see and smell—the good kind of smell that comes from truly clean spaces, not harsh chemicals.
We’re a family-owned business, which means when you call, you’re talking to people who understand what it’s like to juggle work, kids, and everything else life throws at you. Our team is bonded and insured, and we use eco-friendly products because we believe your home should be your safe space.
Brickbottom families choose us because we show up when we say we will, we clean like we’re doing our own homes, and we don’t cut corners. Simple as that.
We start with a free estimate—either over the phone or in person, whatever works better for you. No high-pressure sales, just honest conversation about what you need and what it’ll cost.
On cleaning day, our team arrives with everything needed to get the job done right. We’re talking professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products that actually work. We text you 24 hours ahead and again an hour before we arrive, because your time matters.
Our cleaners work room by room, paying attention to the details that make the difference—baseboards, light switches, those spots behind the toilet that everyone notices but nobody wants to tackle. We do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets our standards before we consider the job done.
Ready to get started?
Our maid service covers everything you’d expect—and probably some things you wouldn’t think to ask for. Regular house cleaning hits all the basics: bathrooms scrubbed properly, kitchens that actually sparkle, floors that don’t feel sticky underfoot.
But we also handle the bigger stuff when you need it. Deep cleaning for when life gets overwhelming, carpet cleaning that removes more than just surface dirt, and move-in/move-out cleaning that gets your deposit back or makes your new place feel truly yours.
Massachusetts homes face unique challenges—harsh winters that track in salt and mud, spring pollen that coats everything, summer humidity that makes surfaces feel grimy faster. We know how to handle what local weather throws at your home, and we adjust our approach accordingly.
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are completely safe for children and pets. No harsh chemicals, no lingering fumes, no worrying about what residues might be left on surfaces your family touches every day.
These aren’t weak “green” products that barely work—they’re professional-grade cleaners that happen to be made from plant-based ingredients. You’ll notice the difference immediately: your home smells fresh and clean, not like a chemical plant. Many of our clients with allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities specifically choose us for this reason.
We’re happy to discuss specific product ingredients if you have particular concerns or sensitivities. Your family’s health and safety are just as important to us as getting your home spotless.
Pricing depends on your home’s size, current condition, and how often you’d like service. Most of our Brickbottom clients pay between $120-200 for bi-weekly cleaning of a typical 2-3 bedroom home.
We offer free estimates because every home is different, and we’d rather give you an accurate price upfront than surprise you later. Factors that affect cost include square footage, number of bathrooms, whether you have pets, and if you need any add-on services like inside oven cleaning or window washing.
Regular customers often find the per-visit cost decreases over time because maintaining an already-clean home takes less effort than constantly playing catch-up. We also offer flexible scheduling—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—so you can choose what fits your budget and needs.
Not at all. Most of our clients prefer to be out of the house while we work—it’s your time to run errands, grab lunch with friends, or just enjoy a few hours knowing someone else is handling the housework.
We’ll work out a secure key exchange system that works for both of us. Some clients use lockboxes, others have smart locks, and some simply leave a key in an agreed-upon spot. We’ve been doing this for over ten years, so we have established protocols for keeping your access information safe.
If you prefer to be home the first time or two until you’re comfortable, that’s completely fine too. We’re happy to work around whatever makes you feel most secure and comfortable in your own space.
Regular cleaning maintains an already-clean home—dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, basically everything you’d do weekly if you had unlimited time and energy. It’s designed to keep your home consistently clean and comfortable.
Deep cleaning is more intensive and typically takes longer. We’re talking inside appliances, baseboards, light fixtures, window sills, behind furniture—all those spots that accumulate grime over time but don’t get attention during regular maintenance. It’s what most homes need when starting service, after illness, or seasonally.
Think of deep cleaning as hitting the reset button on your home’s cleanliness, and regular cleaning as keeping it that way. Many clients start with a deep clean, then switch to bi-weekly or monthly regular service to maintain those results without the higher cost.
For regular ongoing service, we can usually get you started within a week or two, depending on your preferred day and time. One-time cleanings or deep cleans might be available sooner if we have openings.
We’re pretty flexible with scheduling because we understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan. Need to reschedule? Just give us at least 24 hours notice and we’ll work with you to find another time that works.
During busy seasons—like spring cleaning time or before holidays—it’s smart to book a bit further ahead. But we’re local to the area and keep reasonable capacity, so we’re not usually booked out weeks in advance like some of the bigger companies.
We come back and make it right, no charge. It’s that simple. We’ve been doing this for over a decade, and our reputation depends on customers being genuinely happy with our work, not just grudgingly accepting “good enough.”
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, call us within 24 hours and we’ll schedule a return visit to address whatever needs attention. We’re not talking about nitpicky stuff—we’re talking about legitimate concerns where we didn’t deliver what we promised.
This rarely happens because we do a walkthrough before considering any job complete, but when it does, we handle it quickly and professionally. Your satisfaction isn’t just guaranteed in writing—it’s how we’ve built our business and reputation in the community.
