For standard or recurring services, we can usually get you on the schedule within a few days to a week. If you need something sooner, call us—we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Move-in/move-out cleaning often has tighter timelines, especially in Old Cambridge where lease turnover is high. If you know your move-out date, book as early as possible. We’ve handled last-minute requests before, but availability isn’t guaranteed during busy months like May and September when students are moving.
Once you’re set up for recurring maid services, you’ll have a standing appointment. That makes scheduling easier since you’re already in the rotation. If you need to skip a week or adjust timing, just give us a heads-up.
Yes. We carry both general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. The insurance covers accidental damage to your property—if we break something or damage a surface, we’re covered. The bond protects you against theft, which is rare but important to have in place.
A lot of independent cleaners don’t carry insurance or bonding, which puts you at risk. If something gets damaged or goes missing, you have no recourse. With us, you’re protected. That’s required by Massachusetts law for professional cleaning companies, and it’s one of the reasons larger organizations and property managers only hire bonded services.
