Hear from Our Customers
You’re not looking for someone to push dirt around. You need a team that cleans baseboards, wipes down light switches, and doesn’t leave streaks on your mirrors.
When your kitchen counters are spotless and your bathroom doesn’t smell like chemicals, you stop thinking about cleaning. You get your evenings back. You stop apologizing when someone drops by unannounced.
That’s what happens when the job gets done right. No follow-up texts. No “I’ll get that next time.” Just a clean home you can count on, whether it’s a one-time deep clean or recurring maid services that keep things manageable week after week.
We’ve been serving Old Cambridge for over ten years. We’re a family-run company, which means we answer our own phones and show up to the jobs ourselves.
Old Cambridge homes have character—hardwood floors, older windows, kitchens that weren’t designed for modern appliances. We’ve cleaned them all. We know what works on original tile and what doesn’t damage vintage fixtures.
You’re trusting someone with your keys and your space. We’re insured, bonded, and background-checked because that trust matters. And we use eco-friendly products that won’t leave residue on surfaces your kids or pets touch.
First, you reach out for a free estimate. We ask about your space, what you need cleaned, and how often. No pressure, no upselling—just a straightforward quote based on square footage and the level of cleaning required.
Once you book, we confirm a time that works for your schedule. We arrive with all supplies, including our own eco-friendly products and equipment. We don’t expect you to provide anything.
During the clean, we follow a deep cleaning checklist that covers everything from ceiling fans to floor corners. We don’t rush. If something needs extra attention, we handle it. When we’re done, we do a walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed. Then we lock up and text you that the job’s complete. If you’re doing recurring services, we keep notes on your preferences so the next visit is even smoother.

Our standard residential cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. That means counters, sinks, toilets, showers, floors, dusting, and vacuuming. We also wipe down appliance exteriors, clean mirrors, and take out trash.
If you’re moving, our move-in/move-out cleaning goes deeper. We clean inside cabinets, scrub down baseboards, and handle areas that don’t get touched during regular maintenance. Old Cambridge has a competitive rental market, and landlords expect properties returned in pristine condition. We make sure you get your deposit back.
For commercial spaces, we adjust our approach based on your business. Offices need different attention than retail spaces. We work around your hours and keep disruption minimal. And because we carry cleaning service insurance, you’re protected if anything unexpected happens. That’s not common with independent cleaners, but it should be.
We use eco-friendly products that are non-toxic and biodegradable. That means no harsh fumes, no residue that irritates skin, and nothing that’s dangerous if your dog licks the floor or your toddler touches a surface.
Most conventional cleaners contain ammonia, chlorine, or phthalates—chemicals that can trigger allergies, asthma, or skin reactions. We avoid all of that. Our products are EPA Safer Choice certified, which means they’ve been tested and approved for safety around people and pets.
If you have specific sensitivities or preferences, let us know. We can adjust what we use. Some clients prefer unscented products, others want us to avoid certain ingredients entirely. We keep notes and make sure the team knows before they arrive.
It depends on the size of your home and what type of cleaning you need. A standard cleaning for a two-bedroom apartment usually runs between $150 and $250. Larger homes or deep cleans cost more because they take more time.
Move-in/move-out cleaning is priced higher since it’s more intensive. For a three-bedroom home in Old Cambridge, expect somewhere between $300 and $500. Recurring maid services are typically discounted because we’re already familiar with your space and maintaining it is faster than starting from scratch.
We give free estimates, so you’ll know the exact cost before we start. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. If you want something added mid-clean, we’ll let you know if it affects the price before we do it.
No. Most of our clients aren’t home when we clean. You can leave a key, give us a door code, or use a lockbox—whatever works for your setup.
We’re insured and bonded, which protects you if anything goes wrong. Every team member is background-checked before they start working with us. We’ve been doing this in Old Cambridge for over a decade, and many of our clients have never met us in person. They just come home to a clean house.
If you prefer to be there, that’s fine too. Some people like to walk through their preferences the first time, and we’re happy to accommodate that. After the first visit, most clients feel comfortable leaving us to handle it.
A standard clean maintains what’s already in good shape. We dust, vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, clean bathrooms and kitchens—the regular upkeep that keeps your home livable and presentable.
A deep clean tackles the stuff that builds up over time. That includes baseboards, window sills, inside microwaves and ovens, behind appliances, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and grout lines. It takes longer and costs more, but it resets your home to a higher baseline.
Most people start with a deep clean, then switch to recurring standard cleans to maintain it. If it’s been a while since your home was professionally cleaned, or if you’re dealing with a move-in/move-out situation, deep cleaning is the right call. We’ll recommend what makes sense based on what we see during the estimate.
For standard or recurring services, we can usually get you on the schedule within a few days to a week. If you need something sooner, call us—we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Move-in/move-out cleaning often has tighter timelines, especially in Old Cambridge where lease turnover is high. If you know your move-out date, book as early as possible. We’ve handled last-minute requests before, but availability isn’t guaranteed during busy months like May and September when students are moving.
Once you’re set up for recurring maid services, you’ll have a standing appointment. That makes scheduling easier since you’re already in the rotation. If you need to skip a week or adjust timing, just give us a heads-up.
Yes. We carry both general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. The insurance covers accidental damage to your property—if we break something or damage a surface, we’re covered. The bond protects you against theft, which is rare but important to have in place.
A lot of independent cleaners don’t carry insurance or bonding, which puts you at risk. If something gets damaged or goes missing, you have no recourse. With us, you’re protected. That’s required by Massachusetts law for professional cleaning companies, and it’s one of the reasons larger organizations and property managers only hire bonded services.
We also handle all payroll and tax requirements for our team, which means everyone working in your home is a legitimate employee, not an off-the-books contractor. That matters for your liability and for the quality and accountability of the people we send.
