No. Most of our clients aren’t home when we clean. You can be if you prefer, but it’s not required.
If you’re not going to be there, we just need a way to get in—whether that’s a key, garage code, or lockbox. We’ll lock up when we leave and make sure everything is secure. After the first cleaning, you’ll know what to expect and most people are comfortable leaving us to do the work.
Some clients like to be home for the first visit to walk through preferences and show us anything specific. After that, they usually leave. It’s your call. We’ve been doing this long enough that trust isn’t something we take lightly—we treat every home like it’s our own.

We’re thorough, but if something gets missed or doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to know. Call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we’ll schedule a time to come back and address it. No argument, no runaround.
