You’re not just getting surface-level vacuuming. You’re getting carpets that don’t hold onto pet odors, allergens, or the grime that builds up in high-traffic areas over time.
That means fewer sneezing fits. Less worry about what your toddler’s crawling through. And carpets that actually look and feel like they did when they were new.
Most homeowners in Waban wait too long between professional cleanings—12 to 18 months is the standard recommendation, but if you have pets or kids, you’re probably overdue. The difference after a proper deep clean isn’t subtle. You’ll notice it the second you walk in the door.
This isn’t about making things look presentable for guests. It’s about removing the bacteria, allergens, and buildup that regular vacuuming can’t touch. The stuff that affects your air quality and your family’s health.
We’ve been serving Waban and the greater Boston area for over ten years. We’re a family-run business, which means you’re not getting a rotating crew of strangers—you’re getting people who show up on time, do what they say they’ll do, and treat your home with respect.
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products because we know you care about what’s being sprayed in the rooms where your kids play and your pets sleep. Our cleaning solutions are certified green, safe for everyone in your household, and they actually work.
Waban homeowners deal with the same challenges as the rest of the Boston metro—older homes with original carpets, pets that shed year-round, and the mud and salt that gets tracked in during New England winters. We’ve seen it all, and we know how to handle it without cutting corners or upselling services you don’t need.
We start with a free estimate—no pressure, no hidden fees. You tell us what rooms need attention, and we give you a straightforward price that includes pre-spotting, pet stain removal, and moving furniture if needed.
On the day of your appointment, we show up on time. We inspect your carpets, identify problem areas like high-traffic zones or stubborn stains, and pre-treat them with our eco-friendly solutions. Then we use professional-grade equipment to deep clean every fiber, pulling out dirt, allergens, and bacteria that have been sitting there for months.
The process typically takes a few hours depending on the size of your home. We don’t rush. We make sure we’re hitting every corner, every edge, every spot that previous cleaners might have skipped.
After we’re done, your carpets will be damp—not soaking wet. Most carpets dry within 6 to 12 hours, faster if you’ve got good airflow. We’ll walk you through any care instructions before we leave, and if you’re not satisfied with anything, we’ll make it right.

This is a full deep clean—not a quick surface pass. You’re getting pre-treatment for stains, hot water extraction that reaches deep into carpet fibers, and thorough drying techniques that prevent mold or mildew from forming afterward.
We don’t charge extra for pet stain removal or moving furniture. That’s included. We also don’t use harsh chemicals that leave your home smelling like a cleaning aisle. Our products are safe, effective, and they don’t trigger allergies or irritate sensitive skin.
For Waban homeowners, this service is especially valuable if you’re dealing with older carpets that have seen years of foot traffic, or if you’re preparing to sell your home and need everything looking its best. Clean carpets make a bigger difference than most people realize—they brighten rooms, improve air quality, and extend the life of your flooring investment.
You’re also getting a team that pays attention to the details other companies miss. We don’t leave streaks, we don’t skip baseboards, and we don’t pretend we did something we didn’t. If there’s a stain we can’t fully remove, we’ll tell you upfront—not after you’ve already paid.
Most experts recommend professional carpet cleaning every 12 to 18 months. But that’s for homes without pets or kids.
If you have dogs, cats, or young children, you’re better off scheduling a deep clean every 6 to 12 months. Pets track in dirt, shed dander, and occasionally have accidents that seep deeper than you think. Kids spill things, crawl on floors, and bring in allergens from outside.
Waban homes also deal with seasonal challenges—salt and sand in the winter, pollen in the spring, and humidity in the summer that can make carpets hold onto moisture and odors. Regular cleaning keeps your carpets from becoming a breeding ground for bacteria and allergens, and it extends their lifespan so you’re not replacing them prematurely.
Yes. Every product we use is certified green and non-toxic. That means no harsh chemicals, no lingering fumes, and no risk to your pets or kids.
We specifically chose these products because we’re a family-run business and we understand what it’s like to worry about what’s being sprayed in your home. Our solutions break down dirt and stains without relying on the aggressive chemicals that other companies use—chemicals that can irritate skin, trigger allergies, or leave residue that your pets walk through and then lick off their paws.
You won’t smell like you just cleaned your carpets for days afterward. Our products are effective, but they’re not overpowering. And if anyone in your household has sensitivities or allergies, let us know ahead of time—we can adjust our approach to make sure everyone stays comfortable.
Most of the time, yes. But it depends on how old the stain is and whether it’s soaked through to the padding underneath.
Fresh pet stains are much easier to treat. If you catch them quickly and blot them up before they set, we can usually remove them completely with our pre-treatment process and deep cleaning equipment. Older stains that have been sitting for weeks or months are tougher—they’ve had time to penetrate deeper into the carpet fibers and padding, and sometimes they leave permanent discoloration.
Odors are a separate issue. If urine has soaked into the padding or subfloor, cleaning the carpet surface won’t fully eliminate the smell. In those cases, we’ll let you know upfront what’s realistic. Sometimes it requires additional treatment or even replacing the padding. We’re not going to tell you we can fix something we can’t—we’d rather be honest so you can make an informed decision about next steps.
Usually 6 to 12 hours, depending on airflow, humidity, and carpet thickness. Your carpets will be damp when we leave, but not soaking wet.
We use professional equipment that extracts most of the moisture during the cleaning process. The remaining dampness evaporates naturally over the next several hours. You can speed up drying by opening windows, turning on fans, or running your HVAC system to keep air circulating.
Avoid walking on the carpets with shoes until they’re fully dry. Socks are fine. And keep pets off the carpets during the drying period if possible—wet carpets can pick up dirt and oils from paws pretty easily.
If your carpets aren’t dry within 24 hours, something’s wrong. That usually means there’s a ventilation issue or the humidity in your home is too high. Give us a call if that happens and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
Yes, and we don’t charge extra for it. Moving furniture is part of the job.
We’ll move couches, chairs, tables, and anything else that’s in the way so we can clean the entire carpet—not just the visible areas. The only things we won’t move are heavy items like pianos, entertainment centers, or furniture that’s bolted to the floor. If you want those moved, let us know ahead of time and we can figure out a plan.
After we’re done cleaning, we’ll put everything back where it was. We also use protective pads under furniture legs while the carpet is still damp to prevent any staining or indentations.
If you prefer to move furniture yourself before we arrive, that’s fine too. Just let us know when you book so we can adjust the timing of the appointment.
Steam cleaning—technically called hot water extraction—is the most effective method for deep cleaning carpets. It uses hot water and cleaning solution to break down dirt, then extracts it with powerful suction. It gets deeper into carpet fibers than surface-level methods like dry cleaning or bonnet cleaning.
Other methods might be faster or use less water, but they don’t remove as much dirt and bacteria. Dry cleaning uses chemical solvents and minimal moisture, which works for light maintenance but doesn’t address deep-down grime. Bonnet cleaning is basically a heavy-duty surface scrub—it makes carpets look cleaner temporarily, but it doesn’t actually extract the buildup underneath.
We use hot water extraction because it’s what carpet manufacturers recommend and what actually works. It removes allergens, bacteria, and stains that other methods leave behind. And because we use eco-friendly products, you’re getting all the cleaning power without the harsh chemicals that some steam cleaning companies rely on.
