For recurring services, once you’re on the schedule, you’re locked in at your preferred day and time. You won’t need to keep rebooking or worry about availability. If you need to reschedule a specific visit, just give us reasonable notice and we’ll work with you.
You don’t need to clean before we arrive—that’s our job. But a little prep makes the process smoother and ensures we can focus on actual cleaning instead of moving clutter around.
Pick up personal items, toys, clothes, and anything you don’t want us handling. Clear off counters and tables so we can wipe them down thoroughly. If there are specific rooms or areas you want us to skip, let us know ahead of time.
Secure pets if they’re anxious around new people or might get in the way. If you have any special instructions—don’t move certain items, avoid a particular room, use a specific product—just tell us. Communication makes everything easier, and we’re happy to accommodate reasonable requests.
