If you need to leave during the cleaning, that’s completely fine. We’re bonded and insured, and we’ll text you updates and photos as we complete each room. Many of our clients run errands or take the kids out for a few hours and come back to a completely transformed home. Just make sure we can reach you if we have any questions.
Most families benefit from deep cleaning every 3-6 months, depending on your household’s needs and lifestyle. If you have young children, pets, or family members with allergies, you might want deep cleaning more frequently.
Some clients schedule deep cleaning seasonally—spring and fall are popular times. Others prefer it before hosting holidays or special events. If you maintain regular cleaning in between, every 6 months is usually sufficient. After your first deep cleaning, we can recommend a schedule based on how your home looks and your family’s specific needs.
The main thing is to pick up personal items and clutter so we can access all surfaces properly. Put away clothes, toys, and items from countertops and floors. Secure any valuable or fragile items you’d prefer we don’t move.
If you have pets, let us know their routine so we can work around feeding times or walks. Make sure we have access to water and electrical outlets throughout your home. Don’t worry about doing any cleaning beforehand—that’s what we’re there for. The goal is just to clear the way so we can focus on the deep cleaning work that makes the real difference.
