If your contractor left protective plastic or tape residue, we remove that too. We’re not trying to rush through and call it done. We’re making sure the space is legitimately ready for you to move in or show to clients.

Our post-construction cleaning covers the entire space. That means dusting and wiping all surfaces—counters, shelves, window sills, door frames, light fixtures, ceiling fans. We vacuum and mop all floors, including inside closets. We clean windows inside and out, removing any stickers, tape, or construction residue. Bathrooms get scrubbed completely: toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, tile, grout, mirrors.
Kitchens get the same treatment. We clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers, wipe down appliances, degrease if needed, and make sure there’s no sawdust hiding in the silverware tray. If you’ve got new stainless steel, we’ll polish it so it actually looks new.
We also handle the less obvious stuff—baseboards, door tracks, window tracks, air vents, and light switches. These are the spots that collect the most dust and rarely get touched during a standard cleanup. Our equipment is designed for post-construction work, which is heavier-duty than regular house cleaning. Standard vacuums can’t handle fine drywall dust or sawdust without clogging or blowing particles back into the air. HEPA vacuums trap those particles so they’re actually removed from your space, not just redistributed.
We also use non-toxic, environmentally safe products. If you have concerns about specific materials or finishes in your home—like natural stone countertops or custom tile work—let us know. Same goes for appliances. New fridges, stoves, and dishwashers come covered in stickers and plastic film. Some of it peels off easily. Some of it doesn’t. We remove all of it, then wipe everything down so your appliances actually look new. If you’ve got stainless steel, we’ll polish it to remove fingerprints and smudges too.
It’s both. Construction dust contains particles from drywall, wood, insulation, concrete, and sometimes fiberglass or silica. These particles are much finer than regular household dust, which means they stay airborne longer and get deeper into your lungs when you breathe them in.
Short-term exposure can irritate your eyes, throat, and lungs. If you have asthma, allergies, or any respiratory condition, it’s worse. Long-term exposure to certain types of construction dust—especially silica—can cause serious health problems. Even if you’re healthy, you don’t want to be breathing it in while you’re unpacking boxes or sleeping in your newly renovated bedroom.
Construction dust also gets into your HVAC system. Once it’s in there, it circulates through your entire home every time the heat or AC kicks on. That’s why we recommend a professional post-construction cleaning and a fresh air filter before you move in. It’s not just about appearances. It’s about making sure your indoor air quality is safe, especially if you have kids or elderly family members living with you.
As soon as the contractor is completely finished and out of your space. If they’re still coming back to touch up paint or install hardware, wait until they’re done. Otherwise, you’re paying us to clean and then having them track more dust in the next day.
