You’re not just removing dirt. You’re stopping algae before it eats into your siding. You’re getting rid of salt residue before it traps moisture and feeds mold growth. You’re protecting a $673,000+ investment from the kind of slow damage that doesn’t show up until it’s expensive.
Clean exteriors also mean your home looks like it’s worth what you paid for it. That matters when neighbors are listing, when family visits, or when you’re just pulling into your driveway after a long day.
And if you’ve been thinking about repainting or selling, pressure washing first can save you thousands. Paint sticks better to clean surfaces. Buyers see a home that’s been maintained, not neglected.
We’ve spent more than ten years working on homes in Woburn and the surrounding area. We’re a family-run business, which means you’re not getting a different crew every time or dealing with a call center three states away.
We know what Massachusetts weather does to homes. We know that spring pollen here isn’t just annoying—it sticks. We know winter salt doesn’t just rinse off. And we know that the algae growing on the north side of your house isn’t going anywhere without the right approach.
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products because plenty of our clients have kids, pets, or gardens they care about. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t leave until the job’s done right.
First, we come out and give you a free estimate. We’ll walk your property, look at what needs cleaning, and talk through what method makes sense—pressure washing, soft washing, or a combination. Not every surface can handle high pressure, and we’re not interested in damaging your home to get it clean.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule a time that works for you. We show up on time, set up our equipment, and protect anything that doesn’t need water or cleaning solution on it.
Then we get to work. For siding, we typically use soft washing—lower pressure with specialized detergents that kill algae and mildew at the root. For driveways, walkways, and concrete, we use higher pressure to remove years of buildup, oil stains, and salt damage. If you’ve got a deck or fence that needs restoration, we adjust pressure and technique based on the wood type and condition.
After we’re done, we do a walkthrough with you. If something’s not right, we handle it before we pack up. You don’t pay until you’re satisfied.

We handle full exterior house washing—siding, trim, soffits, and fascia. We clean driveways, walkways, patios, and any concrete or paver surfaces that have seen better days. If you’ve got a deck or fence that’s graying out or covered in mildew, we do restoration work that brings the wood back to life.
We also remove graffiti, which is unfortunately more common in Woburn than it used to be, especially near commercial areas or main roads. And if your gutters are stained on the outside or clogged on the inside, we handle that too.
In Woburn specifically, we see a lot of salt damage from winter plowing and a lot of algae growth on homes with mature trees or northern exposure. Both of those need more than a quick spray. We use the right detergents, the right pressure, and the right technique to actually solve the problem—not just move it around.
We’re also careful about water use. Massachusetts has had drought restrictions in recent years, and we’re mindful of that. We don’t waste water, and we don’t pressure wash during restriction periods if it’s going to put you at risk of a fine.
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast away dirt, grime, and stains. It works great on concrete, brick, and other hard surfaces that can handle the force. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions to kill mold, algae, and mildew without damaging the surface. It’s what we use on siding, roofs, and wood.
The problem with using high pressure on everything is that it can crack vinyl siding, strip paint, gouge wood, and force water behind your exterior where it doesn’t belong. Soft washing is slower, but it’s safer and it actually kills the organic growth instead of just rinsing it off.
Most homes need a combination. We’ll soft wash your siding and use pressure washing on your driveway. It’s not one-size-fits-all, and anyone telling you it is probably doesn’t know what they’re doing.
Once a year is the standard recommendation, and spring is usually the best time. That’s when you’re dealing with the aftermath of winter salt, pollen is starting to coat everything, and algae is waking up in the humidity.
If your home is surrounded by trees or has a lot of shade, you might need it more often. Algae loves moisture and low light. If you’re on a busy road or near a construction zone, you’re also picking up more dirt and grime than homes in quieter areas.
The other time to pressure wash is before you paint or sell. Clean surfaces help paint adhere better and last longer. And if you’re listing your home, clean exteriors make a massive difference in curb appeal and buyer perception. It’s one of the cheapest ways to add value before photos go live.
It depends on the method. High-pressure washing can absolutely damage siding—especially vinyl, which can crack, warp, or get water forced behind it. It can also strip paint, gouge wood, and damage roof shingles if done incorrectly.
That’s why we use soft washing for siding and roofs. It’s low pressure with cleaning solutions designed to kill mold, mildew, and algae without the risk of damage. The detergents do the heavy lifting, not the water pressure.
For roofs specifically, we’re extremely careful. Asphalt shingles can lose granules if you blast them with high pressure, which shortens their lifespan. Soft washing keeps your roof clean without compromising its integrity. If someone’s offering to pressure wash your roof with high PSI, walk away.
Most of the time, yes. Oil stains are stubborn, especially if they’ve been sitting for months or years, but we use hot water and degreasers that break down the oil so it can be rinsed away. Pressure alone won’t do it—you need the right temperature and the right cleaning agents.
Older stains that have soaked deep into porous concrete might not come out completely. In those cases, we can usually lighten them significantly, but some shadowing may remain. If the stain is fresh, we have a much better shot at full removal.
We’ll always be honest with you during the estimate about what’s realistic. If a stain isn’t going to come out, we’ll tell you before we start. No surprises.
Yes, but it takes the right approach. Wood is softer than concrete or brick, so it can’t handle the same pressure. Too much PSI will gouge the surface, splinter the wood, and leave it looking worse than when you started.
We adjust our pressure based on the type of wood and its condition. For most decks, we use a medium pressure with a wide-angle nozzle and keep the wand moving to avoid concentrating force in one spot. If the wood is old or already damaged, we go even gentler.
After cleaning, we can also apply a brightener to restore the wood’s natural color and prep it for staining or sealing. A lot of decks in Woburn are graying out from UV exposure and moisture. Cleaning and brightening brings them back to life before you decide whether to restain.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water and the areas we’re cleaning, we can work while you’re at the office or out running errands. A lot of our clients in Woburn prefer it that way—they leave in the morning and come home to a clean house.
We will need to do a walkthrough with you before we start, either in person or over the phone with photos, so we’re clear on what you want done. And we prefer to do a final walkthrough when we’re finished to make sure you’re happy with everything.
If you have pets, just let us know. We’ll make sure gates stay closed and that we’re using pet-safe products in any areas where your dog or cat spends time. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that details like that matter.
